Delivery of your order


All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

Some postcodes may be charged for shipping.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Delivery is between 24-48 hours, subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days. For express, fast track and recorded deliveries, please contact our sales office for details. Please note orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 3pm Friday and over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.

Europac may use the services of an external courier to deliver your goods. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time. However, once we have received a consignment number from the courier we can email you this code so that you can track your parcel if you wish.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Europac shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery and receipt of full payment of such goods to the customer.

Any damages must be notified within 24 hours. Any notification after this point can't be processed due to us not been able to claim against the courier.
