Returns 

We believe you will be pleased with your purchase from us. In the unlikely event that you would like to return the item, you are entitled to a full refund after deduction of courier charges. Please contact us immediately and return your purchase within 14 days of date of receipt.

This Returns policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor.

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in a resale-able condition. This will be checked upon receipt.

All refunds will be made within 3 days of return of goods and will amount to the cost of the goods, including VAT.

We are sorry, but we are unable to accept returns on bespoke items.

When you are sending items back to us we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit.

You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. Moreover, you are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt.

You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the 14 days cooling off period, please contact us.

The customer has a duty of care while the goods are in their possession and they are the customer's responsibility until the goods have been received by us.

In the unlikely event that you should receive damaged or defective products, please continue with this returns process and state the problem where appropriate with our customer services team, the team will contact you to further investigate the problem.

Where all the above points are adhered to, Europac will refund the value of the goods in full minus any postage costs incurred.
